Cancellation Policy

Guests are entitled to a full refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.

In the case of scheduled or partial payments, any refund or outstanding amount will be calculated based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

All cancellation deadlines are based on the local time of the property.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 17:00 – 20:00​
Check-out: Before 10:00

Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. Late check-in may be available upon request.

House Rules

Guests are kindly asked to respect the property and maintain a considerate attitude throughout their stay.

• Maximum occupancy: up to 10 guests
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Professional photography and filming are not allowed without prior approval
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa

Additional note:
Guests are kindly requested to avoid using sunscreen or oils before lying on beds or indoor fabrics, in order to preserve the quality of linens and furnishings.

Safety & Property Information

For your safety and comfort, please take note of the following:

• The property may not be suitable for young children (0–12 years old) due to certain
• architectural features
• The pool area is not fenced or secured with a gate
• Some outdoor areas are elevated and may not have protective railings
• The villa is located close to the sea

Guests are advised to supervise children at all times and use all areas responsibly.

Security

For security purposes, the property is equipped with external surveillance cameras located in outdoor areas only (such as the parking area and external spaces).

All cameras are positioned in a way that respects guest privacy and do not monitor indoor living areas.

Please note:

• The property does not include a smoke detector
• The property does not include a carbon monoxide detector

Property Conditions

• Some areas of the property may be shared or visible from neighboring properties
• Occasional environmental noise may occur
• The property includes stairs and different levels

Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and report any issue during their stay.

Liability

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the property and its facilities during their stay.

The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the stay.
